Your Camping Shop accepts only Visa, Master Card and
Discovery Card. We do not accept other forms of payment.

Is
there sales tax, if so how much is it?
Your Camping Shop is based in Pennsylvania, there for we
charge 6% sales tax on all purchases made within the
state of Pennsylvania. All other states are not charged
sales tax.

Does Your Camping Shop accept purchase’s using a P.O.
Box, C.O.D., or purchases on credit?
The simple answer is “NO”. Most items are shipped UPS as
a primary shipper. UPS requires a street address that is
valid. If a PO Box is used, an error message will show
upon submitting an order.
Your Camping Shop will not accept a C.O.D. (cash on
delivery) purchase, nor will we sell on credit.
Your Camping Shop cannot ship to A.P.O, F.P.O. or any
foreign addresses. Sorry.

May I pick up my order to avoid shipping and handling

May I cancel my order?
If the item has not been shipped and the vendor can
cancel in time, Yes you can cancel your order. If the
order has been sent to the vendor, Your Camping Shop
will attempt to stop the order but we Cannot assure that
we can stop it in time. Should you receive a cancelled
order, accept the delivery, call Your Camping Shop,
immediately and we will assist with instructions. All
Returns are subject to a vendor determined restocking
fee”. Any return request made after 10 days will not be
accepted.

I canceled my order. How long will it take to get my
credit?
Your credit request will be submitted within 24hrs by
Your Camping Shop. It may take 7 to 10 days for a credit
slip to arrive at your address. Also, your credit should
be reflected on your next credit card statement. The
billing cycle of your credit card may cause this to
vary.

How long to
receive my order?
Usually 2 to 5 days (work days) if shipped by UPS. You
may wish to select other faster delivery shipments. Of
course additional shipping charges will apply. You may
also choose USPS.

My order is not available, what do I do and what
happens?
Generally, Your Camping Shop’s products are always
available. Please check the availability when you order.
Please understand that if you do order a product which
is listed as unavailable (or out of stock), two things
may happen. First your order may be placed on backorder,
which we have no control on how long a vendor may take
to fill that order, or your order may be cancelled.
Generally, Your Camping Shops vendors will ship your
product before the estimated delivery time. But, there
are times when variables and circumstances are beyond
our control. This unavailability of a certain product,
or a back up in the warehouse do to overwhelming
requests ( i.e. Christmas). In case this situation does
arise, please call our customer representative at our
contact numbers and we will do the best we can for you.
You also have the option to add a backorder item to your
account and be notified via email when the products are
ready for purchase and shipping.
Your Camping Shop Reserves the right to cancel your
order at anytime without notice.

Can I return a purchase I don’t want, is damaged, or is
defective?
Yes and No. Each manufacturer, developer, and
distributor has return policies. Some products just
cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on
ammunition due to liability and safety issues. Opened
and mounted items (ie rifle and pistol scopes) are
non-returnable. Items which are deemed as “used” are
also non-returnable (ie opened bubble packs). All
returns must be in original packaging and must include
all documentation. Your Camping Shop truly apologizes
for your inconvenience in this matter.
Should you receive a defective item please
call us immediately upon receiving the item and within
the 10 return policy. We will need your invoice number.
Your Camping Shop will contact UPS and have UPS issue a
call tag, or pick up order and have them pick up the
defective item and we will send you an new one. Due
to manufactures and supply/vendor policies, certain
defective products must be sent back to the manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
For unwanted items, all return requests must be made
within 10 days. On items unopened or unused, (Your
Camping Shop has the right to decide what is used), may
be returned for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking
fee ($3.00min), if returned within the 10 day return
policy. The item must be returned to Your Camping Shop,
with the fright prepaid and must have a Return
Authorization from Your Camping Shop. All freight
charges and restocking fees will be deducted from any
refunds. Please, always contact Your Camping Shop
Customer Service to get a Return Authorization Number
prior to returning any product.
If you receive a delivery that appears to be
damaged during the shipping process, Do Not Accept The Shipment. If you do receive
a delivery that shows to be damaged or defective after
you open it, please e-mail or phone us with in 5 days of
delivery. We will issue you a Return Authorization
Number. Remember, this is a 5 day return, not 10 days as
with other situations.

Can I
have my order sent to a P.O. Box?
No. All of our shippers require a street address they
consider valid. A P.O. Box is not considered valid by
their policies. We at Your Camping Shop apologize for
this inconvenience.

Can
I ship to an address other than my own?
YES.. Just replace your address with the address you
want the item sent to in the Check Out screen. Remember,
No post office boxes, FPO’s, or APO’s.

How are
shipping charges calculated?
Weight, dimensions and destination are what are used to
calculate the varying shipping charges. Your Camping
Shop has the ability to give you real time shipping
quotes during your checkout. These rates are also
calculated using the various shippers. Your Camping Shop
does reserve the right to a modest handling fee which
may be added at our option and it is displayed as part
of your shipping total.
As Your Camping Shop cannot inventory all the items we
sell, orders may be shipped by one of our authorized
vendors from the warehouse closest to the shipping
address. The vendor ultimately determines which shipper
will be used. Therefore, we cannot reduce shipping
charges for any reason. Although most orders are shipped
via UPS, because of their excellent tracking abilities
and insurance, some orders are shipped via the vendors
determination. Some of the vendors have special
arrangements with other shippers such as, Airborne, and
Federal Express.

Can I
track my purchase? If so, how?
Yes, by placing an order online, and your credit card
information is processed, you will receive your UPS
Tracking Number via e-mail. The tracking number is also
available in your account area. Late in the day orders
and weekend purchases may take a little longer to get
your tracking number. You will get your number, we send
tracking numbers with every order shipped.

Do
you offer new and warranted items only?
Your Camping Shop offers only items that are factory
sealed, and new. No used items at all. All warranties
stated or implied are held with the product
manufacturer. Consult the documentation that came with
your purchase.

May I
purchase ammunition on line?
Yes. You must be 21 years old. You must know your states
laws as Your Camping Shop accepts no liabilities of any
kind, for any reason on your purchase or use of your
purchase. You must prove to us that you are 21 years old
to purchase ammunition, gun parts, crossbows etc. You
can fax us a copy of your drivers license or legal
identification. Call customer service for fax
information. Your Camping Shop does not sell firearms.
You also must abide by all federal laws pertaining to
ammunition.

My
package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you get a package delivered and it appears damaged,
Do Not Accept It. If you open a package and the item
appears damaged or defective notify Your Camping Shop
with in 5 days of Receipt of the package. We will issue
a Return Authorization Number.

My order appears lost in transit, what do I do?
Contact Your Camping Shop and we will file a claim for a
lost package. Note: These claims can take up to 30 days
to finalize.
If you would like a second shipment to replace the lost
package, you will be charged for the replacement order
and upon resolution of the lost package, a credit will
be issued minus any pertinent charges.

What is “New” condition?
All products must be in new condition to be returned to
Your Camping Shop. Examples of new: unopened products,
Clothing with all tags still attached and not worn, a
tree stand that has not be assembled or used.
Products we will refuse: Boots worn outside or with
mud/dirt or damage caused by purchaser. Scope’s that has
been mounted to a firearm, Leupold optics without the
shrink-wrap around the original box, any bubble-packaged
item that is opened.
Refused items will be shipped directly to the customer,
and no credit will be issued. The customer will absorb
the return freight costs. Please, read and understand

What is a freight
charge?
When a customer refuses a package or UPS returns the
package, UPS is charging an Undeliverable Package Return
Charge. This charge will be charged back to the
customer. This amount, charged by the carrier will be
deducted from your credit card prior to refund.

What is an address correction and why am I being charged
for it?
Sometimes Your Camping Shop will be billed for an
address correction. UPS charges $10.00 if your address
is not exactly correct. This charge will be billed to
you, the customer.

What do I do to return an item for exchange?
Follow our normal 10 day return policy. Merchandise
returned for an exchange will be charged a $10.00
exchange fee, plus all shipping charges.
